"Remote View" instructions

Note: Following these instructions will install a program on your computer that will allow a StairBiz Consultant to take control of your mouse and keyboard, and see what is on your screen. This will allow them to perform a demonstration of the StairBiz software product, or give you support. You will have the ability to easily remove this program once you are finished.

1) Click here to start the download process.

2) Click Open in the window that pops up.

3) Wait for the download to complete and the program to install. It will then automatically start up and connect to the StairBiz consultant's computer, at which time he will be able to start controlling your computer.
