StairBiz is experiencing strong market growth, so we are looking for a small number of outstanding individuals interested in self-employment opportunities.

Your responsibilities would involve building (with our full help, support and commitment) your own StairBiz client base within the stair manufacturing industry, training these clients, and supporting them in the medium to long term.

Note that we are not looking for 'sales' people. The StairBiz sales strategy is simple:

• Have the best product (by a long way) available for this market
• Deal with your clients in a personal, helpful, truthful and technically competent manner at all times
• Follow through with the highest standards of training and on-going support

We have found that this sales strategy works well, so to be part of our team you need to:

• Have experience in the timber staircase manufacturing industry
• Feel comfortable with computers
• Have the highest level of discretion and integrity
• Be intelligent, reliable and presentable
• Be helpful by nature
• Enjoy a challenge
• Be available for occasional travel
